Salmon and Caper Dip

I love making this dip as a quickly and easy appetizer. It’s also a great way to use any leftover salmon you might have from the night before. It’s delicious with crostini or crackers.

Ingredients:

2 TS chopped parsley

1 TS fresh Dill

1/4 cup capers

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

2 TS Mayo

1/2 sour cream or crème fraiche

Zest of 1 lemon

1 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

8 ounces filet of wild caught salmon cooked and cooled.

Directions: In a medium bowl shred the salmon. In another small bowl combine all other ingredients, mix until combined and add to the shredded salmon. Mix well and enjoy!
